VISA and Health Insurance

Visitors coming to Italy may need a Visa. When completing the Registration Form, please specify if you need a Visa: in this case as organizers we will send you a letter of invitation, as well as a visa assistance message, issued from ICTP. Both documents should be given to the nearest Italian Consulate, and this should help you to simplify and speed up the procedure.

Italian law requires all foreigners to have valid health insurance coverage.

Information on these items is given in the Pre-arrival information from the ICTP.

Funds might be available for some participants from developing countries and CEI countries. Interested people are invited to complete the field Special Request in the Registration Form and to specify the support needed (no registration fee payment, hotel expenses, ...).

In this case, please fill in the registration form not later than June 15.
