AT THE SYMPOSIUM
Registration will start at the Adriatico Guest House on Sunday, October 10, from 5 pm untill 10 pm. It will be resumed on Monday morning, at 8:30 am, in the Hall of the ICTP Main Building, where the Secretariat of the Symposium will be located. Registration will be possible every day, from 8:30 to 12:00 am, and from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
The secretariat will be open every day, from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, apart from the excursion day, Wednesday, when it will be open from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.

In case of request of support the deadline is June 15
The registration fee is
- 250 EUR for participants
- 150 EUR for students
The fee will cover a copy of the Proceedings, the coffee breaks, and the Symposium Banquet. Also, it entitles the participants to have special ICTP rates at the restaurants in the Main Building and in the Adriatico Guest House.
The registration fee for accompanying persons is 50 EUR each. It includes the Symposium Banquet
Registrations after will be charged an extra-fee of 50 EUR, i.e.:
- EUR for participants
- EUR for students
80% of the registration fee will be refunded if the registration is cancelled before September 15.
To register, you are invited to complete the Registration Form. If everything is correct, you will receive an automatically generated mail with an ID registration number. This number has to be quoted for abstract submission and in any further communication with the local organisation.
